DescriptionMahogany, maple, cherry, brass. Round chippendale tilt-top tea table with tripod base. Three reverse curved legs with egg-shaped ball and claw feet, dovetailed into base of center shaft. "Y" shaped iron brace nailed into legs and shaft. Bottom of shaft and tops of legs chamfered with curves. Shaft turned with straight base, urn or cup shape, & thick tapering section. Round brass latch screwed into top to lock top in position. Leather spacer under latch. Top made of two boards joined together, chamfered slightly on bottom edge, molded on edge at top.
