DescriptionGrease lamp. Tripod base of iron strips with ends curled up, all joined in center. On top of them is an iron disk with five raise spots on edge. Center shaft of lamp fits through disk and center of legs, riveted underneath. Shaft is round bar, tapers toward top. Tip of shaft is bent into hook. On shaft is an iron ring, with hole at top through which shaft slides, and bottom ends of ring come together to clamp on shaft. Rings can be moved up and down shaft, acting as an adjustable rest for the pan. Pan is sheet of iron with low sides formed by pinching corners. In center of pan is an iron tube c. 2" high through which shaft slides, steadying pan.
