DescriptionBrass "pan" with iron handle riveted to it. "Pan" is slightly concave piece of sheet brass, pierced with 27 holes arranged in 9 "spokes". Extra hole, probably at one time for rivet. Large hole in center and near rim for present rivets. Handle is iron rod, with end flattened, and tapered and looped for hanging, very end curled. Other end of handle possibly a replacement, flat, curved to fit pan, riveted through holes in brass. Handle curved slightly. Inscribed lines on front of brass still visible in spots.
