DescriptionPine. Removeable top. Rectangular top of four joined boards, wtih two cross pieces nailed to bottom, which fit inside tops of trestle. Trestle has two legs joined by horizontal beam which fits through slots in legs, with small wedges through slots in beam outside legs. Ends of beam cut down and chamfered on edges. Beam and legs presently joined with angle irons under beam. Legs are planks with crude baluster shaping which are mortise and tenoned into heavy horizontal feet with rounded ends, and at top heavy horizontal pieces with reverse curved ends.
