DescriptionPine. Low footstool with top, ends, and two aprons on sides. Aprons fit into slots in end pieces, nailed. Top nailed to end pieces and aprons. Center bottom of each end piece cut out in an ogee arch to form four legs. Ends of both aprons cut in reverse curves. Stained (?) brown. Used as a transformer at one time. Transformer inside a utility box, screwed into bottom of top piece. Wire with plug coiled underneath stool. Socket is attached to inside of one end piece with wires attached with a metal plate screwed into wood. No longer in use as a transformer.
