DescriptionMahogany, pine, brass. Late Sheraton or Empire card table, four legs, scalloped top, one leaf. Legs swelled near top, tapered to feet with heavy reeding, casters on feet. Above reeding is heavy stylized leaf carving, above this on front legs carved acanthus on stamped background; block at top of rear legs. Front apron built up of several pieces of pine, front and side aprons joined to legs. Left leg swings out to support leaf, whick folds on top. Apron veneered, shaped to match top. Top, when open, shaped with convex curve at center of each side. Flanked by concave curves, overlaps apron and legs slightly.
