DescriptionHepplewhite style corner basin stand with drawer. Three straight, square legs, front two curved out at feet. Three shelves. Bottom shelf is stretcher with shaped center to support pitcher. Middle and upper shelves are quarter-circles, supported by aprons and glue blocks. Both front aprons curved out, made of three laminations maple with mahogany veneer. Opening in apron under 2nd shelf for drawer. Pine pieces at sides of drawer with strips to support it. Drawer front laminated, with maple veneer around edges. Drawer dovetailed, bottom set in grooves. Replacement brass knob pull. Top apron shaped with curves. Large circular hole for basin in center of top shelf, with two smaller holes at sides. Two shaped crest pieces at back on top shelf, with small quarter circles shelf between. From Wood article (on file):
