Description1995.20.44a: wood and paper fan. Wood is painted red and one exterior slat has an applied mirror, surrounding by gilt frame. Colored image of a wedding party (bride and groom, with bridesmaids); people wearing 18th century dress. The back has a colored image of a man bowing to two young girls who are carrying produce. Attached red silk tassel. One exterior slat is broken. Brass ring. 1995.20.44b: pasteboard fan box, light brown glossy paper, tapered shape. Applied gilt lace. At center, oval with colored lithograph image of a girl (pastoral) with basket of flowers.
