DescriptionBisque head and lower arms; kid body; cotton dress. Broken bisque stationary shoulder head on kid body with bisque arms. Head broken below ears to just below eyes. Closed mouth. Shoulder head glued (?) to body. Gusseted kid body with little definition of waist. Sewn toes; feet turned in. Bisque lower arms. Rigid curled hands with dimples at knuckles. Long white cotton dress gathered across chest with upper bodice of embroidered eyelet. Neck and long sleeves edged with lace. Skirt tucked near bottom and edged in embroidered eyelet. Long white cotton petticoat with tucks and embroidered ruffle. Off-white wool (?) petticoat embroidered around hem and center back in hemstitch. Cotton waistband. Off-white knitted sacque; bottom half scalloped, upper half ribbed, off-white ribbon through neckline. Textured cotton diaper pinned in front with safety pin. Pink and white crocheted booties with scalloped edge and pink crocheted tie. 'Pearl' necklace tied with ribbon. Ribbon wrapped around neck, below beads, crossed in front and pinned (with straight pin) in back below shoulder plate. White quilted bib with crocheted laces around edge and ribbon tie.
