DescriptionMahogany, glass. Blown glass sandglass enclosed in mahogany frame. Glass is clear and colorless, opening at one end. Inside that end of glass is cloth-covered cork that filled hole. Sand now missing. End pieces connected by three lathe-turned posts, each with simple baluster turnings. Ends of posts project through end pieces some 1/4" to form legs. Wood varnished.
