DescriptionTop piece carved with curved shape, top handle curves up. Bottom flat. Leather of bellows nailed to edges of top and bottom with round head nails, extra strip of leather under nails. Two twigs inside bellows act to keep shape of leather. Tips of twigs naile dto inside of bottom. Where top is hinged, small, interwoven strips of leather nailed ot block and top, with extra strip of leather where nailed. Nose of brass, fits over bottom piece and block, nailed in place. Bottom painted brown. Top has brown background with gold cornucopia and fruit in center, border of large gold and green leaves on black stem around edges. Varnish over paint. Hole in bottom for intake, valve of leather covered wood in place.
