DescriptionPair (a,b) of wrought iron andirons, two spithooks on each. Legs and uprights one flat peice. Legs form an arch, feet point out. Uprights taper slightly toward top, whwer flattened and formed to oval, raised points at four corners. From ovals spring round bars that curve forward with solid knobs on ends. Knobs are cubes with flattened corners. Forge-welded to back of uprights are two flat strips which extend down and are hooked up at end to form spit hooks. Log rests are heavy square bars riveted through uprights above legs. Log rests heavy square bars riveted through uprights above legs. Log rests slope slightly down to back, where are bent down at right angle to form rear legs. Moveavle lug on each log rest.
