DescriptionWooden canteen or rundlet. Shaped like a small barrel, made of one piece, lathe-turned wood cylinder with two end pieces glued on. At each end of the cylinder, five rigns turned on outside, in imitation of barrel hoops. Hole in center of cylinder. In one end piece, initial "F" is carved. On the other piece, remains of a 8-pointed paper star. Above hole on cylinder remains of paper peices which read "17.72". Below hole, another 8-pointed star. Originally gold paper (?), black line around cylinder at center. Varnished.
