Turned hollow cylinder painted black with applied paper printed in black and orange to imitate glass panes; roll of photographic views of Boston, Lexington, Concord; turned conical top with steel screw eye with attached orange tag printed on one side THE BELFRY LIGHT/ With Views of Boston, Concord and Lexington/ To open -- Remove Screw in Base and place for stamp; printed on the other side with a view of the North Church belfry and poem The Belfry Light/ of Paul Revere/ Two tin gleams and at their sight, Bold Paul Revere rode thro the night:/ Some views pertaining to his ride,/ May come to light -- Just look inside.
