Dark greenish blue grosgrain silk; tight-fitting bodice with whale bones, buttons and fringe on hem of bodice made of balls beaded in green bronze; 3/4 length sleeves to be worn with gold band bracelets; skirt with pleated ruffles and over-drapery; size waist 24, bust 36.
