DescriptionAfternoon dress. Blue wool broadcloth with organdy and lace. Bodice and front skirt panel heavily machine embroidered in an open pattern. Lace trimlined with pink silk. Dress is lined and whale boned; tight fitting train. Real classic. Note in folder: Reception dress made by A.F. Foley of N.Y.C.. Aqua wool: 1 piece wool gown with high neck of lace. Sash of satin. Cut scrollwork detail to bodice and down center of skirt. Silk cord tassels center front and at sleeves. Mousseline de soie ivory sleeve (under scrollwork cap). Crochet lace from elbow to wrist. Wool, gorgeous dress. Silk lining shot. 1908.
