DescriptionDocument from Derby and Jarvis Family documents (collection 2023.18.1), a collection of about 100 deeds and mortgages to land in Concord, from 1777 to 1909. Envelope with name Francis Jarvis Esq. of Concord Mass on the front, two broken red wax seals on the back (2023.18.1.4.1), and inside a two page letter dated June 11th 1843 from Charles Carter (2023.18.1.4..2). Folded with the letter is a ribbon commemorating the battle and completion of the monument on Bunker Hill (2023.18.1.4..3)
