DescriptionAsparagus cutter. Steel, wood. 3/16" steel plate with upset 9" tab holding pivot for lever handle, which ends with a round rubber "T." Oblong blade pierced with a slot for sliding over a post through the upset tab when in operation. Adjustable open box secured to plate with two set screws. Plate drilled with three screw holes. Stamped brass plate riveted to plate reads: "A.O. MOREAU / CONCORD / MASS." All parts painted green, except blade which is red.
