DescriptionFireset, partial (H504, H505). Bell metal finials on both (hollow cast). Turnings on finials: ring at bottom, long straight section, ring, thin reel, urn, two reels and small knob at top. Shovel blade has curved sides with low walls, rounded at top. Shovel shaft round with slight bulb just below finial. Arms of tongs have flattened, slightly oval tips. At top of one arm is round piece of iron with slot into which fits extension of other arm for pivot. Bell metal plate with beaded edge over each side of round section, with iron pin through center which acts as pivot.
