DescriptionEvening dress. Black crepe de chine; 2 piece, bodice (COS74.77.1) ans skirt (COS74.77.2). Fitted skirt, train, high neck, short sleeves, sequins, net, soutache braid trim. Black silk, alencon lace. 2 piece black silk dress. Skirt has decorative alencon lace at hem that has been woven through with velvet ribbon. Bodice has high neck, alencon lace with sequins. Full sleeves of black net and lace. High neck of alencon lace. Pouching (to bodice), full sleeves. Bodice c. 1907-08. Skirt c. 1900.
