DescriptionEarthenware, soft paste. Design made under the glaze on alternating gray, blue and orange bands, by drawing the thumb, previously dipped in sepia, over the surface of the wet color. "Thumb print" images. Design is smoke curl on the large section of grey running around middle of mug. On top orange band are circle, half blue, half black.
