DescriptionManuscript on paper. Letter to Mr. C.O. Rogers, from Cummings E. Davis in Concord, regarding the newspapers he purchased. "Dear Sir. This morning taking up some papers on the floor, I found an envelope that must droped from the bundle of Papers when opened--I am almost tired of asking you to send me my bill the first of every month as I have written and sent to the Office that I wanted them to be sure and send it and have benn[sic] there myself--it has never benn done--I had rather pay for the Papers every Month/ three weeks ago there was a mistake in directing the papers for 53, I recieved a bundle of 20, and some days five or six blanks on one side, of the papers. Thease [sic] I have yet had to house--it is not wright [sic] I should. Yours Very Truly, Cummings E. Davis."
