DescriptionFaux tortoiseshell (plastic) hand held fan, with mirror. The body of the fan is circular with a mirror on one side. The three wedge shaped fan blades are attached to a metal pin at the back center of the body. The fan is operated by depressing the steel thumb button which spins the blades.
