DescriptionPatchwork quilted bedspread (for a large four-poster bed) in eight point stars and squares with rounds of silk bordered with silk braid. The side skirt panels are diamond-shaped squares and half diamonds of bluish green and grayish lavender silk. It is lined with two cotton patterns of lavender and white stripes and green, yellow and red plaid on a tan ground and a lavender silk. The two layers are quilted together. Cut out 20 x 20. Pattern: 8 pointed star with alternative circles appliqued on squares. Circles embellished with woven tape.
