DescriptionBandbox. Pasteboard, paper, string, pine, papier mache(?). Square box with rounded corners, with removeable cover. Walls of box sewn to bottom, and rim of cover sewn to top. Four strips of pine sewn on inside top edge of box as reinforcement. Outside of box and cover covered with wallpaper. Blue background with all-over design of flowers and leaves in red, yellow, green, with black lines. Inside of box and cover lined with white paper.
