DescriptionBlack walnut, soft maple. So-called "slipper chair", the seat rail being only 13 1/2" above floor. Queen Anne style. Back is nearly rectangular with straight, flattened stiles. Seat of later date. Rounded cabriole legs. Broad Dutch feet.
