DescriptionMahogany veneer, sylvestris (probably Scots) pine, spruce. Chippendale style mirror, with mahogany on pine. Single piece of glass set into frame with molded veneer and carved gilt inner edge, upper corners slightly rounded with point. Crest, skirt, and upper and lower side scrolls with elaborately cut and peirced scrolling, with carved lines at edge. Two large scrolls on crest, each have applied carved gilt C scrolls with leafage. Center of crest pedestal-like, finial missing.
