DescriptionAfternoon dress. 2 piece blue silk check; hooks up front; long sleeves with large poufs at shoulders and narrow from elbow to wrist. High neck; trim is aqua colored ribbon on neck and bows at shoulders and lace at neck and wrists. Long gored skirt with back fullness and trimmed with aqua ribbon at waist and down back. Blue and white checked silk, silk moire bows. 2 piece afternoon dress. Silk lining, tape at sleeves. Puff and ribbons at shoulders. May be 1891-93, updated c. 1899.
