DescriptionEarthenware. Slightly bluish cast to the glaze, dividing the mug in halves horizontally is a flat band with a herring bone design in gold. Upper and lower sections are grooved vertically and decorated with stars in gold, underglaze. Flat band with gold lines and dots around rim, and flat band with gold line at bottom. Handle has herring bone design and is grooved on each end. Design unusual (Arlene Palmer).
