DescriptionCup, no handle. Earthenware, soft paste. Lead and flint glaze, bluish, settle thickly in crevices. Transfer printed under the glaze, blue on white. Landscapes showing Chinese pagodas, junks, figures, etc., all with a distinctly European flavor. Inside border of honeycomb and diaper, foliage, scrolls, etc., similar to the border found on much Canton works.
