DescriptionPorcelain, hard paste. Blue and white. Four groups of flowers and symbols arranged in equal spacing about a central design usually of split pomegranates and citrons ("Fitzhugh" pattern). Border is usually similar to that on Nanking ware, but is often quite different. Familiar diaper and picquet border.
