MarkingsMark on bottom (see file for drawing): Letter W repeated four times in a circle (crescent 51) surmounted by a crown; "Rd No 37112/ 1116". "z" immediately below circle of mark; "z" indicates 1888 date. Registration date indicates that the pattern was registered in 1885.

DescriptionCeramic, porcelain. Creamy paste. Decoration, panel of chrysanthemums and leaves in brown, gold and red on one side and a spray of leaves and buds on the other side. The handle simulates the trunk of a tree and is decorated with gold.
