Announcement of auction of residential estate of the late Mary Munroe (great aunt of the donors) on the reverse. Postmarked Hudson Terminal Station New York, May 26 1911. Written in manuscript around the auction announcement is "This is worded just like the newspaper advertisement/ your letter of twenty three is just rec'd/ Wheeler sent me a few of these period. J. Alex. Still May 26-".
