Descriptionletterpress and ink manuscript on paper. "Know all Men by these Presents, That I John Bread of Concord In the County of Middx [Middlesex] in the Province of the Massachusetts Bay in New England Cordwainer am Holden and stand firmly bound and obliged unto Nathanael Colburn of said Concord Housewright in the full and just Sum of one hundred Pounds in Bills....". Signed Timothy Minott; Josiah Flint. On back, notation dating to 1747. Also, "old deeds/ 141 years old" and "1889/ 142 years old."
