Slim case with one slot for cards; sides and center made of tortoise shell with 3/8" band of mother-of-pearl outlining edge on both sides of case; small silver plaque on one end with initials E.D.B. Two calling cards inside, for Mr. and Mrs. Hans William Miller of 113 Church Street.
