DescriptionA large, rectangular handkerchief or shawl made of white cotton mull. The handkerchief is embroidered with whitework around the edges and in the corners with a floral motif. The handkerchief is stored in a square, pasteboard box featuring a pastoral scene on the lid. The scene consists of a standing woman holding a nosegay of flowers with a white dog at her feet and a scenic landscape in the background. The interior of the box is lined with pink paper.
