DescriptionMaple, brass, steel. Pine case. Complete except for one weight. Weights are stamped like coins and fitted into round depressions in the case. Stamped in two ways: 1) with crowned head of Charles II on one side, and the legend "Carolus Rex," and the crown and numerals indicating weight on the other, and 2) with the head or three-quarter figure of the King, with crown and sceptre, and the legend I.R. MA. BRIT. on one side, the crown and numerals indicating weight on the other.
