DescriptionLast will and testament of William Sumner of Milton (see K199.20, earlier version of same will). 3 pages (a-c), mostly detached. Red wax seal in upper left corner. Esther (wife), son Roger, sons William and Seth, grandchildren John, William and Abigail, daughters Mary Tucker and Abigail, Mary Wing, Church of Christ in Milton, Revd Mr. Taylor the pastor. Gives to Seth full control over his portion of the Cedar Swamp in Stoughton, called the Dead Swamp. Marked as filed with the Probate court, Jan. 2, 1738.
