DescriptionFinial or urn, deep brown/amber in color, made from relic (reliquary) wood from the "U.S.S. Constitution". Turned and carved, urn-shape. Decorated with carved sailing ships on either side and a frieze of ships around the top. Gadrooned border at the base where the turning joins the base board. An ornament has been lost from the top.
