DescriptionElaborate candlestand (candleabra) in many pieces, all of which screw together or hook on. Cut glass base, middle section of bronze (?) with two branches, one on either side holding one 14-pointed bobeche (off of which dangle strings of prisms) and one screw-in candle holder. Top section is a spiralled glass shaft about 12 long, topped with a a third bobeche (16 points, with 16 places for strings glass prisms), and a large glass finial in the shape of a pinecone. Some strings of glass prisms are broken into more than one piece, making it difficult to determine how many original strings are represented.
