DescriptionBlack silk chiffon. Low round neck in front, low v-neck in back, sleeveless. Dropped waist, short skirt, scalloped hem. Decorated around neck with glass, silver beads, 12" high sequin designs on hem. Colors are 2 shades of grey, glass beads; panel hanging from neckline in back decorated with same sequin bead design. Needs some repairs, sequins sewn back onto garment.
