DescriptionWoman's hat made of black lace and velvet worked around a wire frame. The hat features a large buckle decorated with ovals of beads in front. The buckle serves to gather the black lace into two bunches, which stretch out on either side. Wire frame is also adorned with sequins and metallic thread. The hat is the shape of a crescent moon. No brim.
