DescriptionA woman's picture style hat made of pale green shirred chiffon and velvet over a wire frame. The hat features a low flat crown and a wide, flat, oval brim. Attached to the crown are fabric and wire lilacs, pansies and dark leaves. Pale green velvet trims the edge of the brim, the sides of the crown and hangs down the back of the hat in two wide strings.
