DescriptionCoffee pot (C314) with cover (C314a). Porcelain, hard paste. "Lighthouse" or tall, narrow, conical form. Handle of two intertwined bands, with applied foliate terminals. Straight spout. Cover domed, with applied strawberry finial and leaves. Feldspathic glaze with overglaze, opaque enamel decoration. Border at top rim of pot and rim of cover is brown band outlined in gold with gold stars; border at base of pot and around center of cover is row of diagonally alternating blue dots; leaves on cover finial and handle terminals of pot blue; on either side of pot, painted in brown enamel with gilt, is a group of three large flowers, stems, leaves, and smaller flowers.
