DescriptionPorcelain, hard paste. Octagonal, with slight notch at each angle. River and island scene with lattice fence in foreground, painted in blue and white. Design is outlined with lines of darker blue and is surrounded by a curl and spike band. Composite border of lattice with flowers, butterflies, and symbols - part Chinese part European.
