DescriptionPorcelain, hard paste. Scalloped edge. Polychrome enamel of good quality with painting in bistre. A delicate design, evidently in imitation of European porcelain. A fleur-de-lis band painted in bistre surrounds a center panel having a hen and cock pheasant with peonies and other flowers, in bright pink and green, with a little blue. Cock's back is bluish green, breast bistre. The flange has four groups of flowers, quite European in character, with a bistre painted band made of the links of a chain. Reserve panels in the band have three small blue enamel motives. Brown edge.
