Description"Ginger Snap" recipe included among the ephemera of Cummings E. Davis's ledger (B1120A.1). Lined paper, folded in half,written in black ink. On one side is a recipe for "Giner Snaps." The verso reads, "Rennet Wine for Indigestion" and is dated "Scituate, Oct. 5th, 1862." The inside includes a description for "Tomato As Food."
