DescriptionPair of pockets made from fine, handwoven linen, now off-white. Both pockets features crewel embroidery: floral designs in rose, blue, green, and yellow. The pockets are the shape of an upside-down shield; the top is triangular and the bottom edge is flat. The pair is stitched together. It appears as though the actual pouch of one of the pockets has been sewn shut.
