DescriptionPhotograph with black frame. Sepia tone. Seated is Benjamin L. Smith. Standing on the left is probably Smith's younger brother, Farnham Wheeler Smith. The other man standing could be one of their half-brothers, Philip Loring Smith or Donald McRuer Smith or some friend or acquaintance. It is possible that the photograph was taken at a set of sporting camps in Maine (not far from the set of camps Farnham Smith later purchased at B Pond).
