DescriptionBlack and white lithographic postcard featuring an view of the Old North Bridge with the Minuteman statue by Daniel Chester French faintly visible in the distance. Trees on the side of the river and around the monument are in full foliage. Text printed below the image reads: "OLD NORTH BRIDGE. Here took place about noon, April 19th, 1775, the principal / engagement in Concord, the British being repulsed and retreating in great / disorder. Across the bridge the statue of the "Concord Minute Man". No message on the reverse.
